The Nepal Mountain Leader Association (NMLA) officially became the representative member for Nepal in the Union of International Mountain Leader Associations (UIMLA) on November 2, 2024. Marking a significant milestone after seven years of dedicated efforts in developing and standardizing mountain leader education. This historic achievement was celebrated with the certification mountain leaders as International Mountain Leaders (IMLs) in accordance with UIMLA standards, underscoring Nepal’s commitment to excellence in the field of led.
